Q: Do you ship books outside the UK?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide

Q: Are you open to the public, and can I collect my order?
A: No, we operate from a private warehouse, but offer great prices on shipping

Q: What happens when I place a pre-order?
A: Pre-ordered products are available to buy but not yet in stock. Once they arrive with us, they are shipped out to you immediately and a notification email is sent to let you know. If you have placed an order that includes a pre-ordered product, the shipping of your order will be held back until all of your products are in stock unless you contact us and pay for two separate shipments.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, all orders have tracking available on request.
